Explore the history of oral tradition and the components of compelling storytelling through collaborative exercises and visual prompts. Your imaginations will be ignited while creating stories with specific characters, circumstances, and worlds. Supplies: pen and paper
This workshop will introduce a method for creating the appearance of 3D space on a 2D surface. Using basic drawing materials and a little bit of math, you will learn how to draw an apple so that the depicted form appears to occupy space. Supplies: Paper, apple, rule, scissors, drawing materials (graphite pencil, colored pencil and/or markers, and an eraser)
